Dancing

Dancing is of course a major social activity and way to celebrate life. Dances of all kinds will be organised on a regular basis.  From Barefoot Boogies to Ceildahs, to Ballroom and Latin and Ceroc to Rock Gigs and Tea Dances etc etc.

Dancing is just vital for the health and life. To move your body and shake it all about is a must, should be on the NHS by rights!
