Local people who develop skills in presenting and officiating at ceremonies of all kinds. Part of a living culture is the expression of the need of the moment and giving it a shape and form that satisfies people.  It also adds beauty to everyday life.

These can be community based as in the Seasonal Celebrations or personal as in the Births, Deaths and Marriages.  They can also assist with life initiations of different kinds.
